Rent to Buy is a government backed scheme that lets you rent now, buy later! The scheme allows you to rent a home at a reduced rate, for five years, giving you the chance to save for a deposit.

We sometimes have ‘re-lets’ of Rent to Buy homes available. These are homes that have been lived in previously, but the current tenant chose not to buy and moved out.
