We’re delighted to announce that our parent company, Halton Housing has signed a new contract with Sandymoor LLP, a joint venture with Vistry Group and Together Housing, to provide 51 new affordable homes at the desirable Hatters Chase development in Sandymoor, Runcorn.
The new homes, set in an increasingly popular area, will provide a mix of detached and semi-detached properties, and include 2,3 and 4 bedroom properties - ideal for growing families.
Of the 51 homes, 33 will be available for Shared Ownership through Open Door by Halton Housing.

Hatters Chase is located a short distance from Hazlehurst, Halton Housing’s largest Independent Living scheme for over 55s, which opened in February 2023.
